Water & Mold Remediation

This loss was due to poor workmanship. On the first photo on the left you can see that there is mold on the shower bench. This shower was not properly waterproofed and so when they showered the water leaked inside the shower bench. Mold started growing inside the cavity of the wall. On the right you can see that the shower walls had to be removed and the mold had to be mitigated.
