Water damaged sub-flooring and walls in Lakewood, CA

This home was affected by a busted pipe underneath in the crawlspace. Besides having their entire crawlspace flooded with water, they also had water damage affect both the sub-flooring, the hardwood flooring, and some of the walls. This all took place just 30 days before their big annual family get together that was to be hosted in their home. The SERVPRO of Bellflower squad went in to quickly extract the water within the crawlspace, replace the flooring, dry the walls, and put everything back together with 1 week ahead of schedule. They were able to not only have their holiday party on time, but also host the event in a much newer looking home!
